What we store

Your account email address, used to sign you in and to tell your vaults apart from anyone else's.

The contents of your vaults: the records, columns and values you create by speaking, typing, or sending data in through forms, the API, or an AI assistant.

Voice recordings are used only to transcribe what you said. The transcript and the structured data extracted from it are stored in your vault; the audio itself is not kept after transcription.

How it's used

Your data is used to run the service: storing your records, structuring what you capture, and answering queries you or your connected assistants make.

Text you submit may be processed by AI models to turn speech or free text into structured columns and rows. This processing exists to provide the feature you asked for — your vault contents are not used to train models and are not sold or shared with advertisers.

Shareable form links are write-only: people you share a form with can send entries in, but can never read what's already in your vault.

Who can see your data

Only you, when signed in, and the assistants or websites you explicitly connect using your vault's link or API key. Anyone holding your API key or assistant link can access that vault — treat those like passwords and rotate them if they're exposed.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it except with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, database, and AI processing), under their own data-protection terms.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual records or entire vaults from the app at any time. Deleting a vault removes its records, columns and values.

To delete your account and everything attached to it, contact us through the contact page and we'll remove it.
